These Terms govern access to the Canyon website at canyon.tech and to any demo, evaluation or preview of the Canyon platform. Commercial use of the Canyon platform is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement signed with PlatCo GmbH.

1. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, probe or abuse the website or any associated services. You will not use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

2. Intellectual property

All content, branding and code on canyon.tech is owned by or licensed to PlatCo GmbH, except where explicitly marked as open source. You may not reuse Canyon marks without written permission.

3. Warranties and liability

The website is provided as is without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlatCo GmbH is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of the website.

4. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Jurisdiction: Berlin.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
